Return Policy

We are happy for any book to be returned, should you not be happy with it for any reason, provided that it returned within 7 days of receipt and adequately packed. Where the description is incorrect we will reimburse postage costs, but where it is returned for other reasons we will refund only the cost of the book, provided we receive it in the same condition as it was sent.

Payment

You can purchase directly from this secure website using credit or debit cards. Alternatively you can use Paypal for credit/debit card purchases or phone us with your credit/debit card details. We also accept payment by sterling cheque or a bankers draft in sterling or cash in any major currency to the equivalent value. New customers are asked to pay with their order and we also request payment with all orders over £ 300.

Shipping

We endeavour to process, pack and send orders within two days of orders being placed. Post and packing is more or less at cost . These charges are for average size and weight books; if a book is particularly heavy we may have to request a small postal surcharge.

Domestic £2.95 plus £1.80 for any addtional items

Europe £6 plus £3 for additional items

All other destination Airmail £9.75 plus £4.50 for additonal items. Surface mail £7.50 plus £3.50 for additional items
